Privacy Notice (Short version)

We (LLC “Aircompany “Severstal”) respect Your time, so here we will tell you briefly and in simple words about the processing of your Personal Data (PD). The full version of the Privacy Notice and the Cookie policy can be found under links.

We process Your PD: surname, name, father`s name (if any), date of birth, type and number of identification document, its country of issue, place of departure, destination, route, date of travel, gender, nationality, contact number, e-mail; in case of travelling with kid(s)- name, surname, nationality, date of birth, gender, number of identification document of your kid(s)), name of your fellow traveler; upon special request of disable people (or their representative): remark about disability, other data You voluntarily provide us for the purposes of provision of air transportation services for passengers, hiring and giving feedback.

We process Your PD for following purposes:

On the base of Our legitimate interest:

• observing requirements of aviation legislation;
• ensuring aviation security;
• our official website maintenance;
• processing of complaints.

On the base of Your consent:

• organization of assistance to passengers with disabilities;
• consideration of applicants’ resumes;
• registration of a personal account;
• processing of thanks and wishes.

On the base of Your initiative to conclude a contract and contract itself:

• issuing, selling air-tickets and ticket returns and money refund;
• sending You Your boarding pass and flight information;
• paying via the website using bank card;
• providing passenger services at the airports (e.g. check-in, security check, boarding);
• arrangement of charter flights;
• organization of group transportation;
• organization of additional services (insurance and additional baggage);
• changing of the flight date.

On the base of legal obligations:

• observing requirements of relevant aviation, transport, immigration, customs and tax legislation.

You transfer Your Personal Data to the Aircompany located in the Russian Federation (the country that does not provide an adequate level of protection due to the European Commission decision). Anyway We guarantee a high level of subjects` rights protection, applies the best technical and organizational security measures prescribed by Russian and European data protection law.

The period of PD processing is as long as required by the relevant purpose of processing or applicable law requirements, but anyway no more than 3 years.

You have the following rights: to make changes to Your PD; to have access to them; to request us to limit or object to the processing of Your PD or to erase PD within 30 days from Your request; to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and the right for portability (to obtain or forward Your PD to another company by filing a written request).

We safely transfer Your data to service providers banks, mailing services to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, only in the manner prescribed by the relevant rules and regulations. We may disclose your PD to law enforcement institutions, governmental authorities upon their request.
