Additional baggage

All baggage carried by the passenger, including baggage in the cabin of the aircraft, must be presented at check-in for the flight due to security requirements.

Passenger baggage, which the aircompany accepts for carriage under its responsibility for its safety, is marked with a baggage tag and transported in the baggage hold of the aircraft, is called checked baggage.

If the baggage in terms of the number of pieces exceeds the free baggage allowance or is not included in the free baggage allowance, then it must be paid additionally.

The service is available:

• when booking an air ticket on the website of the Aircompany;
• after booking an air ticket in the "Check Order" section;
• when checking in for a flight at the airport of departure.

Service cost:

2500 rubles * for 1 piece weighing up to 20kg. and dimensions no more than 203 cm. in 3 dimensions.**

*additional fees of the agent are not included into the price.

**if weight or dimensions are exceeded, additional payment will be required.

Cancellation of unused services:

You can cancel the paid unused Additional Baggage service.

Refunds for the "Additional Baggage" service are made at the place of purchase.

To return a service paid for on the Aircompany Severstal website, you shall fill out an application:

A scanned copy of the completed application and a copy of the passenger’s passport shall be sent to tickets@severstal-avia.com. Within 10 banking days, the funds will be transferred to the card from which the payment for the service was made, unless otherwise provided. If it is necessary to obtain additional data from the passenger, the refund period may be increased.

The hard copy of the application shall be sent by mail to the address: 162693, Russia, Vologda region, Cherepovets district, village Botovo, Airport to the name of the chief accountant — E.V. Travnikova.
