If you need to submit financial accounting documents for the flight, keep your boarding pass and itinerary receipt. Duplicate boarding passes are not issued.
An electronic receipt will also be sent to the email address specified at the time of booking from the email address noreply@sbis.ru . The receipt is generated within 24 hours from the date of purchase of the ticket. To save it as a pdf, click "More Details" and then "Download". The QR code will be displayed only after downloading the receipt.
Order verification:
To check your order, go to the "My Order" section, specifying the order number or ticket number and the passenger's last name. There you will find an itinerary receipt for an electronic ticket (EB), if available - electronic multipurpose documents (EMD) for additional services or exchange and refund operations. After the end of the transportation, the unloading of the itinerary receipt from the booking system is not available.
