Registration of certificates

The original certificate is sent to the Applicant by Russian Post; delivery times are according to Federal Law No. 176 (as amended on 29.06.2018), Article 16 “On Postal Services”.

In what form and where is the certificate delivered?

The passenger receives a scan of the certificate to the email address specified in the application. If the original is required, the company sends the certificate via Russian Post only within the territory of the Russian Federation to the address indicated in the application.

Procedure for providing certificates:

1. General provisions.
   1. Severstal Air Company LLC provides the following certificates for flights:
      1. Certificate confirming the flight (without indicating the cost);
      2. Certificate of transportation cost;
      3. Certificate of registered fares for a specific date;
      4. Certificate of route distance;
      5. Certificate of absence of flights on a specific date;
      6. Certificate of absence of tickets for a specific flight;
      7. Other types of certificates (may be provided only if Severstal Air Company LLC has the requested information).
   2. Depending on the processing time, 2 types of certificates are distinguished:
      1. Within 5 business days from the moment of payment and receipt of the application by the airline (urgent);
      2. Within 20 business days from the moment of payment and receipt of the application by the airline.
   3. The certificates listed in clause 1.1 are provided no later than 2 years from the date of transportation.
   4. The service is provided only for flights operated by Severstal Air Company LLC.
2. Registration, payment, and procedure for providing the Service.
   1. To obtain a certificate, the passenger or another person must:
      1. Fill out and submit an application on the official website of Severstal Air Company LLC in the “Certificate Issuance” section. After submitting the application, the passenger or other person will receive a message from Severstal Air Company LLC from abercyl@znvy.frirefgny-nivn.eh confirming receipt of the application and assigning its number.
      2. Pay for the Service on the official website, via the bank details of Severstal Air Company LLC, or at the ticket office of Cherepovets Airport.
   2. The cost of the Service is established by order of the General Director.
   3. The certificate is issued in the name of the person who submitted the request, in the manner specified in the application (postal mail or email). If the original document is required, the certificate is sent to the postal address specified in the application using Russian Post services. Delivery time depends on the destination address and is regulated by Federal Law No. 176 (as amended on 29.06.2018), Article 16 “On Postal Services” (sent from Botovo village as a registered letter without notification).
   4. An individual may request a certificate only for transportation performed by themselves or a person for whom they are recognized as a legal representative under civil or family law. This must be documented. A legal entity may request information only regarding persons in an employment relationship with it, with supporting documents (copy of employment record).
   5. The fee for issuing a certificate confirming the flight or the cost of transportation is charged per certificate for one flight of one passenger or for the cost of one transportation for one passenger (except in cases of round-trip fares or multi-segment fares issued on a single ticket).
   6. A certificate for a passenger aged 2 years and older is charged in accordance with the established procedure.
   7. A certificate for a passenger under 2 years old is issued free of charge if the response for the accompanying adult passenger (over 18) and the child under 2 years old is provided on a single form.
   8. The certificate is issued only after payment is confirmed.
   9. Original certificates are sent only within Russia via Russian Post.
   10. No fee is charged for providing information to government authorities when requested in connection with their official duties.
   11. The certificate is issued on the official letterhead of Severstal Air Company LLC and signed by the Head of the Transportation Management Service or an authorized substitute.
   12. The certificate is valid for submission wherever required (including accounting departments to confirm the flight). The certificate has no expiration date.
   13. The certificate is issued in free form and contains a response to the specific request. Samples of certificates are provided in Appendix No. 1 to this Regulation.
   14. In cases of incorrect route, passenger name, or departure date when ordering a certificate confirming the flight (without cost) or transportation cost certificate, a certificate will be issued stating that the passenger did not travel on the specified flight or that Severstal Air Company LLC does not operate the specified flight.
   15. If the postal address is incorrectly specified, the certificate will not be reissued or resent. Address fields must be filled out completely in accordance with Russian Post rules.
   16. By submitting an application for a certificate, the applicant consents to the processing of personal data, the text of which is posted on the official website of Severstal Air Company LLC in the section “Consent to the processing and storage of personal data”.
3. Refund of the Service.
   1. No refunds are made for the Service.
