Tariffs and conditions

The cost of transportation according to the tariff may vary depending on the period of application of the tariff:

• 30 days or more before departure (YW, YO, YX);
• 29 days or less before departure (YV, YH, YE), depending on the transportation route;
• less than 29 days, but not later than 24 hours before departure (YV, YH, YE), depending on the transportation route;
• less than 24 hours before departure (YK, YL, YB).

BBL – Domestic flights, MVL – International flights.

Exchange and return:

• The ticket is valid for 1 year from the date of issue of the air ticket.

Tariff component:

• A tariff component (TC) refers to a section of the transportation route. A tariff component is the entire transportation route or part of the transportation route, assessed by a direct tariff, through tariff or constructed tariff one way or half of a direct, through or constructed tariff there and back. A tariff component may include two consecutive points along the transportation route (hereinafter referred to as a section of the transportation route) or several sections of the transportation route.

Baggage:

• free baggage allowance for children from 2 to 12 years old – 10 kg in all directions;
• for children under 2 years of age without a separate seat, baggage is not provided on all flight routes;
• luggage up to 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions (length *height * width);
• a baby stroller or carrycot is permitted to be carried free of charge as checked baggage if they are used by passengers aged 0 to 12 years.

Restrictions on the number of seats:

• the number of seats for each fare is limited;
• The airline reserves the right to exclude/add fare groups for certain destinations.

Additional fees:

• when booking transportation through the call center of Severstal Aviation Enterprise LLC, additional fees are charged on third-party websites or in third-party air transportation sales agencies. You can get acquainted with the additional fees of the call center here;
• fuel surcharge (YQ) and airport charges are charged for each section of the transportation route when selling a ticket, if published in the requested direction;
• in case of a voluntary refund, subject to the return of the ticket, the fuel fee (YQ) and airport charges are refunded, minus the fee for refusal of carriage provided for in the conditions of application of the tariff;
• in case of forced ticket refund, the fuel charge and airport charges are refunded;
• fees are not charged for the following categories of passengers: INF (RMG) – an infant under 2 years old, without providing a seat.
