Loyalty cards

The conditions for the validity of previously issued "Fly with Us" cards and the Severstal Corporate Card are described below:

Cardholders purchase an air ticket at a discounted rate valid on the date of purchase;
If you have not made a single flight using the "Fly with Us" card in the last 365 days, your profile is automatically canceled from the program;
If you are a holder of the "Welcome" card, then you can arrange transportation using the "Fly with us" card and all the conditions of this card apply. The rule is valid from 06/13.24;
The number of seats on flights is limited according to the tariffs.

The ticket is valid for 1 year from the date of issue of the air ticket.

Tariff component:

A tariff component (TC) refers to a section of the transportation route. A tariff component is the entire transportation route or part of the transportation route, assessed by a direct tariff, through tariff or constructed tariff one way or half of a direct, through or constructed tariff there and back. A tariff component may include two consecutive points along the transportation route (hereinafter referred to as a section of the transportation route) or several sections of the transportation route.

Baggage:

free baggage allowance for children from 2 to 12 years old – 10 kg in all directions;
for children under 2 years of age without a separate seat, baggage is not provided on all flight routes;
luggage up to 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions (length *height * width);
a baby stroller or carrycot is permitted to be carried free of charge as checked baggage if they are used by passengers aged 0 to 12 years.

Restrictions on the number of seats:

the number of seats for each fare is limited;
The airline reserves the right to exclude/add fare groups for certain destinations.

Additional fees:

when booking transportation through the call center of Severstal Aviation Enterprise LLC, additional fees are charged on third-party websites or in third-party air transportation sales agencies. You can get acquainted with the additional fees of the call center here;
fuel surcharge (YQ) and airport charges are charged for each section of the transportation route when selling a ticket, if published in the requested direction;
in case of a voluntary refund, subject to the return of the ticket, the fuel fee (YQ) and airport charges are refunded, minus the fee for refusal of carriage provided for in the conditions of application of the tariff;
in case of forced ticket refund, the fuel charge and airport charges are refunded;
fees are not charged for the following categories of passengers: INF (RMG) – an infant under 2 years old, without providing a seat.

If you have previously provided personal data (full name, date of birth, type of document, document number, contact details) to participate in the loyalty program in full, registration of transportation within the framework of the loyalty program is not allowed.

To update your personal data in the loyalty program, you must send a scanned copy of the completed Consent to the processing of personal data to the email address fbc@frirefgny-nivn.pbz.

By joining the program, the cardholder confirms that he has given consent to Severstal Airlines LLC and its authorized representatives to process personal data for any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data using automation tools, including in information and telecommunication networks, or without the use of such means, if the processing of personal data without the use of such means corresponds to the nature of actions (operations) performed with personal data using automation tools, that is, it allows you to search for personal data recorded on a tangible medium and contained in card files in accordance with a given algorithm or other systematic collections of personal data, and/or access to such personal data, as well as the transfer of these personal data to authorized representatives of Severstal Aviation Enterprise LLC in order to implement the program. The cardholder confirmed that the personal data transferred to Severstal Aviation Company LLC: First name, Last name, Patronymic, date and place of birth, residential addresses, telephone numbers, passport data, e-mail addresses are reliable and can be processed by Severstal Aviation Company LLC and its authorized representatives for the stated purpose. The cardholder has given permission to Severstal Aviation Company LLC to send him e-mails/information messages to the specified e-mail address and/or mobile phone number, including information about promotions conducted by Severstal Aviation Company LLC, as well as messages of a different informational nature.

The cardholder confirmed the fact that Severstal Aviation Company LLC gave consent to the processing and transfer of personal data.

Consent is given for the duration of participation in the program (and before the expiration of 5 (five) years after the end of the year in which participation in the program was terminated) and can be revoked at any time by the cardholder by sending a written notification to Severstal Aviation Enterprise LLC to the postal address: 162693, Vologda Region, Cherepovets District, Russia, Botovo village, Airport, for SOP.

Severstal Airlines LLC reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of the loyalty programs, information about the changes is available on the website www.severstal-avia.ru .
