Children aged 0 to 5 years old are accepted for transportation only accompanied by a parent or an adult passenger (in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation). The child and the accompanying person must fly in the same class of service. The age of the child is determined on the date of the start of transportation from the starting point of departure specified in the air carriage agreement.
Children from 5 to 12 years old can be transported both accompanied by an adult passenger and under the supervision of airline staff. In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, children are accepted for unaccompanied transportation upon reaching the age of 12. At the request of parents, adoptive parents, guardians or guardians, transportation under the supervision of airline staff can be provided to a child under 16 years of age.
An adult passenger can arrange transportation without providing a separate seat for one child under the age of 2 together with him. For the second, third and more children under 2 years old, as well as for children aged 2 to 12 years, it is mandatory to issue an air ticket with a separate seat for each child.

Discounts on air tickets for children traveling with an adult passenger:

Transportation of one child under 2 years of age with one accompanying passenger without providing the child with a separate seat is free of charge for domestic flights and with a 90% discount on the fare for international flights. Transportation of other children under 2 years of age with one accompanying passenger is carried out with the provision of separate seats to the said children.

Transportation of children under 2 years of age who are citizens of the Russian Federation, with the provision of a separate seat at the request of the accompanying passenger, as well as domestic transportation of children aged 2 to 12 years who are citizens of the Russian Federation, with the accompanying passenger (passengers) is carried out with a discount of 50% of the economy class fare. Baggage allowance for children:

Free baggage allowance applies to children baggage.

Please note that there should be no prohibited items in the luggage.

In addition to the free baggage allowance, the airline provides the opportunity to carry a baby carriage and a cradle for free if they are used by a passenger.

Please note that the weight of the baby stroller should not exceed 20 kg, the stroller should not be in its original packaging.

Child safety on board:

Do not leave the child unattended on the flight, follow the flight attendant's instructions regarding flight safety.

Due to safety requirements, passengers traveling with children aged 0-12 years are not provided with seats in the emergency exit row.

The seats located at the emergency exit are not provided to passengers under the age of 18.

If a child under 2 years old is in your arms, he must be fastened with a separate child safety belt, which is attached to the belt of an adult passenger.

An adult can only have one child under 2 years old in his arms.

During takeoff, landing and passing through the turbulence zone, the baby is not allowed in the cradle.

Unaccompanied children

On direct (non-stop) domestic flights, the Airline provides a service for transporting unaccompanied children aged 5 to 12 years

When transporting an unaccompanied child aged:

from 5 to 12 years old — the service is mandatory;
from 12 to 16 years old — the service can be arranged at the request of parents;
children under 5 years of age can only fly accompanied by adult adult passengers.

How much does the service cost?

Unaccompanied child — 3,500.00 rub

The fee for the escort service is issued simultaneously with the ticket. An air ticket for an unaccompanied child is issued at economy class fares (Promo, Light, Standard fares only) or business, without taking into account the discount for the child.

Registration of the service is carried out only at the ticket offices. Registration is not possible on the website.

Unaccompanied children are accepted for transportation if:

there is a prior consent of the Airline for the carriage of an unaccompanied child;
there is a confirmed booking on the transportation route;
there is a completed and signed by parents or guardians (trustees) application for transportation of an unaccompanied child (in 5 copies);
transportation of the child is paid in accordance with the current rules and tariffs;
accompanying persons stay with the child at the departure airport until the flight departs.

Registration of an unaccompanied child is carried out in the presence of the accompanying person upon presentation of an identity document, as well as a completed and signed application.

The person meeting the child indicated in the application must be at the airport at the time of arrival of the flight and have a valid identity document with him. The presence of a photo in the document is mandatory.

The number of unaccompanied children is limited:

1 child on the flight;
2 children on the flight, provided that they are relatives.

Documents required for the trip:

The parents (adoptive parents, guardians or guardians) or the person accompanying the child are responsible for compliance with the laws of the country from or to the territory of which the transportation is carried out.

The departure of a minor child – a citizen of the Russian Federation – abroad is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The legislation of the States that the minor plans to visit may also contain requirements for the registration of documents for departure or entry into the country.

a document certifying the identity of the child (birth certificate with a stamp of citizenship, passport);
in case of international transportation - a notarized consent to departure from parents, guardians, adoptive parents or guardians, if a minor citizen of the Russian Federation leaves the Russian Federation unaccompanied by parents, adoptive parents, guardians or trustees.
