Transfer services

The transfer point is called the transfer point, and the transfer itself is called the docking. Transfer transportation at a fixed-route fare differs from the usual transfer from flight to flight by the absence of the need to collect luggage and re-go through all pre-flight formalities. Such differences apply to transfer transportation, provided that the passenger at the departure airport simultaneously checks in for both the flight to the transfer point and the connecting flight from the transfer point to the destination airport (two boarding passes are issued to the passenger). In this case, transfer passengers do not need to check in at the transfer halls or at the check-in desks in the common hall of the airport, but should immediately go to the departure hall of domestic airlines to the boarding gate indicated on the boarding pass or on the information boards. Baggage:

the free baggage allowance for children from 2 to 12 years old is 10 kg in all directions;
for children under 2 years old without a seat, the free baggage allowance is not provided for all flight directions.
If a baby carriage or cradle is used by a passenger for children from 0 to 12 years old, then their free transportation as checked baggage is allowed;
luggage up to 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions (length *height * width).

Restrictions on the number of seats:

the number of seats for each fare is limited;
the airline reserves the right to exclude/add fare groups for individual destinations.

Additional fees:

when booking transportation through the call center of Severstal Aviation Enterprise LLC, additional fees are charged on third-party websites or in third-party air transportation sales agencies. You can get acquainted with the additional fees of the call center here;
fuel surcharge (YQ) and airport fees are charged for each section of the transportation route when selling a ticket, if published in the requested direction;
in case of voluntary refund, subject to the return of the ticket, the fuel fee (YQ) and airport fees are refunded, minus the fee for refusal of carriage provided for in the conditions of tariff application;
in case of forced ticket refund, the fuel fee and airport fees are refunded;
fees are not charged for the following categories of passengers: INF (RMG) – an infant under 2 years old, without providing a seat.

Exchange and Refund:

for route fares, exchange and refund operations are not allowed at the stopover point for a partially used ticket;
the ticket is valid for 1 year from the date of ticket issuance.

Tariff component

The section of the transportation route includes the tariff component (TC). Tariff component - the entire transportation route or part of the transportation route estimated by the direct tariff, through tariff or built one-way tariff or half of the direct, through or built round-trip tariff. The tariff component may include two consecutive points along the transportation route (hereinafter referred to as a section of the transportation route) or several sections of the transportation route.

Not all airports have the possibility to arrange transfer passengers. Please check at the departure airport whether your baggage has been checked to the final destination.

Depending on the transfer airport and the transfer route, the following transportation procedure applies on Severstal Avia flights:

When checking in for a flight at the departure airport, the check-in agent issues two boarding passes for both the flight arriving at the transfer airport and the connecting flight from the transfer airport to the destination airport. Be sure to make sure that you are registered to your destination and have two boarding passes.
The luggage will be delivered to the next flight without your participation: you do not need to re-check in for the flight.
Upon arrival at the transfer airport, you should go to the transfer area (follow the prompts on the signs or check with the airport staff) in order to pass the pre-flight inspection procedure. Then proceed to the boarding gate. Check the boarding gate number on the information board.
Please do not leave the airport transfer area.

Routes (within the framework of the M2 multilateral agreement):

The end-to-end check-in service is provided on some airline transfer routes. If there is a technical possibility of the departure airport at the initial destination, passengers are checked in to the transfer airport (transfer), as well as for the connecting (next) flight. In this case, you will be given 2 boarding passes.
If for some reason you were not checked in to your final destination, then upon arrival at the transfer airport, you should go to the transfer desks and check in for a connecting flight. Then go through the transfer area to the boarding gate. Check the boarding gate number on the information board.
When checking in for a flight at the departure airport, specify the possibility of baggage check-in to the final destination and the need to collect luggage at the transfer airport. If possible, the baggage will be checked in and delivered to the next flight without your participation.
Please do not leave the airport transfer area.
