If you are returning only the service, without making a refund of the ticket purchased on our website, then fill out an Application for a refund of additional services. Send a scanned copy of the completed application, the passenger's passport and the necessary documents by e-mail tickets@severstal-avia.com . If the refund is made not by the passenger, but by another person by proxy: a notarized power of attorney must be presented.
