We're flying with the kids, will they put us in together?
We will always seat a child under 12 years old and the adult traveling with them in adjacent seats. This is free of charge. We recommend deciding which adult the child will sit next to at check-in and informing our staff before submitting your documents.
If a family of 3 or more is traveling, the possibility of seating all family members together is determined by several criteria:
- availability of available seats on board the aircraft;
- compliance with safety measures. For example, if you are traveling with an infant under 2 years old sitting on your lap (without a separate seat), the seat will be determined based on the number of oxygen masks in a given row.
