Why can't I register online?

You can check in for a flight through our website if:

• Online check-in is available at the departure airport. A list of such airports can be found in the Online Check-in section
• we started check-in no earlier than 24 hours and no later than 4 hours before your flight departure
• the data you enter into the online registration form (last name, ticket number or PNR, flight number, departure date) corresponds to the data in your itinerary receipt.
