I will not be able to make the flight (illness or death of a passenger /close relative). How do I return the ticket?

In this case, the refund falls under the category of "forced". To return the cost of transportation, it is necessary to notify the airline that the passenger will not fly before check-in for the flight to cancel seats, and also contact the place where the ticket was purchased and provide supporting documents. If the ticket was issued on the Airline's website, submit a refund request through the section "My order"

If the ticket was purchased on a third-party website, through an agency or at the Cherepovets airport ticket office, contact the place where you purchased the ticket. If for some reason you cannot submit a refund request through the website, download the application form. Send a scanned copy of the completed application, passenger passport and required documents to the email address gvpxrgf@frirefgny-nivn.pbz.

If the refund is made not by the passenger, but by another person with a power of attorney: it is necessary to present a notarized power of attorney to submit an application for a refund of the cost of the air ticket due to a forced refusal of transportation. Within 10 banking days, the funds will be transferred to the payer's card, unless otherwise provided. If it is necessary to obtain additional data from the passenger, the refund period may be extended.
