In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, from October 16, 2023, entry of Ukrainian citizens into Russia by air from third countries will be possible only through the Moscow (Sheremetyevo) air checkpoint.
The restrictions apply to all citizens of Ukraine over the age of 14 and do not apply to persons under the age of 14 entering Russia independently or accompanied by a legal representative, guardian or trustee from among the citizens of the Russian Federation.
