Severstal Aviation Enterprise LLC informs about the procedure for the return of air tickets to citizens of the Russian Federation who are subject to conscription during the period of partial mobilization.
Severstal Aviation Enterprise LLC recognizes the refusal of such a passenger from transportation as forced and makes a full refund for unused sections of transportation.
Citizens subject to conscription who purchased transportation before September 21, 2022 (inclusive) are entitled to a forced refund on the ticket. To do this, you must personally contact the place of purchase of the ticket and present any of the documents confirming the right to terminate the contract and refund the funds:
- agenda;
- a mobilization order with documents confirming that the military unit to which the citizen is assigned has been transferred to a military state;
- documents (in free form) confirming that a citizen applied for permission to leave his place of residence, and was refused, with the submission of documents confirming his presence on military registration;
- documents stating that a citizen is on military registration, applied for permission to leave his place of residence, and they have not yet received a response within the first 30 days from the date of the introduction of mobilization in Of the Russian Federation (citizens' appeals are considered in accordance with
59-FZ within 30 days from the date of receipt); - upon presentation of other documents, the decision on the refund of funds will be made when contacting the place of purchase of the ticket.
- Also, a forced refund is possible for the following categories of passengers upon presentation of the above documents and their copies:
- family members traveling together on the same flight with a citizen eligible for conscription, upon presentation of documents confirming kinship;
- family members who do not follow together with a citizen eligible for conscription, upon presentation of documents confirming kinship;
- passengers traveling together with a citizen eligible for conscription and booked with him in the same booking (with the exception of group bookings).
In order to make a forced return, the passenger must notify the agent or the airline of the impossibility of carrying out the carriage and remove the seats (providing supporting documents is possible later).
It is possible to rent seats at the place of purchase from an agent, through a call center by phone
If the passenger (citizen), called up during partial mobilization, has left the place of service and cannot personally apply for a forced refund, it is possible to make a refund to a third party upon presentation of the above documents or copies thereof, as well as a power of attorney* to receive funds according to the passenger's transportation document.
*In accordance with art.53 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, powers of attorney issued by citizens can be notarized or certified by the commander (chief) of the relevant military units, formations, institutions.
