The offer can be used by participants and people with disabilities of the Great Patriotic War from among the persons specified in paragraphs 1, paragraph 1, art. 2 and art.4 of the Federal Law "On Veterans", as well as their accompanying person.
To issue this ticket, a veteran must have a certificate with a link to the articles 15, 17, 18, 19, 20.
