Passengers of cancelled international flights* can apply for a full refund of the ticket price:
- refund of funds for air tickets issued on our website https://severstal-avia.ru , You can make in the "Check order" section ;
- refunds for air tickets issued at the ticket office of Cherepovets airport are made at the same ticket office upon presentation of the ticket, payment receipt, and passenger's passport;
- refunds for air tickets issued on the websites and at the ticket offices of air transportation agencies are made at the place of purchase.
