Seats are located in the front rows of the aircraft. The number of such seats on the plane is limited, so it is better to book them in advance.

RRJ-95B-100 - 1st, 2nd row, provided the economy class layout on the flight.

Standard seats

The cost of choosing these seats depends on the location in the cabin of the aircraft. You can specify the cost of the service at the time of booking the flight.

The cost of the service depends on the type of aircraft, class of service and will be provided when choosing the service. Additional fees are charged when ordering the service from a third-party agency or call center of the Severstal Airline.

Ordering the service is prohibited:

  • passengers who have tickets with an unconfirmed booking;
  • deported passengers, escorted passengers;
  • for group transportation;
  • for unaccompanied children (UMNR);
  • for passengers traveling with pets in the cabin of the aircraft (PETC).

In the case of registration of services for passengers of these categories, the airline has the right to transfer such passengers to other seats without compensation for the cost of paying for the service.

In exceptional situations, Severstal Airlines LLC reserves the right to change seats in order to comply with flight safety rules or the rules for placing certain categories of passengers on board the aircraft.

If the aircraft is replaced, it is possible to change seats. Passengers who have paid for the Seat Selection service will be provided with seats on the plane that are similar in comfort while maintaining the following parameters:

  • location of the place relative to the window/passage;
  • shared seating, if one was chosen initially;
  • placement in the first row of the cabin, if one was chosen initially.

It is prohibited to place the following categories of passengers in places near emergency exits:

  • passengers with infants;
  • passengers under 18 years of age;
  • passengers with disabilities and other persons with disabilities;
  • passengers of retirement age;
  • pregnant women;
  • unaccompanied children;
  • passengers with pets in the cabin.

In case of registration of the service for passengers of the specified categories, the airline has the right to transfer such passengers to other seats without compensation for the cost of payment for the service.

Conditions of accommodation in the cabin of the aircraft, when choosing the "Seat selection" service for passengers with infants under 2 years old in places not equipped with additional oxygen masks:

For the CRJ-200 aircraft type:

  • it is allowed to accommodate a passenger with an infant only on the right side of the cabin (side with seats DF);
  • It is not allowed to accommodate two adult passengers with infants at the same time in the same row on the right side of the cabin (side with seats DF).

For the type of aircraft RRJ-95B-100:

  • it is allowed to accommodate an adult passenger with an infant on the left side (with AC seats) and on the right side (with DEF seats);
  • It is not allowed to accommodate two adult passengers with infants at the same time in the same row on the right side (with AC seats) and on the left side (with DEF seats).

In case of registration of the service with violation of the placement of passengers with infants, the airline has the right to transfer such passengers to other seats without compensation for the cost of paying for the service.

Return of service

The refund of funds paid for the "Choice of location" service is made at the place of purchase of the service.

In case of voluntary refusal or change of carriage

The service is fully refundable before the flight departure time.

If the departure time has already arrived, a refund is not available. The return of the service is available at the place of registration of the service. If you are returning only the service, without making a refund of the ticket purchased on our website, then you must fill out An application for the refund of additional services.

In case of forced refusal of transportation

In case of flight cancellation for forced reasons or in case of non-provision of the service, the full cost of the service is refunded.funded.

Superior seats are available for passengers with children only if these seats are not located at emergency exits. Accommodation with children at emergency exits is prohibited by flight safety rules.

Do you already have a ticket? Then go to "My order" or select a seat in the cabin of the aircraft. And if you don't have a ticket yet, then you can choose a place when you buy a ticket.

If you can't choose on your own, contact our call center. Choosing a seat in the cabin is a paid service.

Yes, the Seat Selection service is fully refundable before the flight departure time. If the departure time has already arrived, the refund of the service is not available.

The passenger does not change the selected seat after paying for the service.

Additional baggage

If you purchased a ticket at the baggage-free fare, but packed more things, or your suitcase turned out to be stronger/heavier, which is allowed under the free baggage allowance, apply for the "Additional baggage" service.

It is possible, but with an additional fee. Payment for the 1st and subsequent piece of luggage up to 20 kg will be 2500 rubles for each piece of luggage. You can get acquainted with the tariffs in the section "Excess baggage".

If you paid for the service at the rate of 2500 rubles for the 1st piece of luggage up to 20 kg, but in fact the piece of luggage weighs more, then:

  • in case of excess in the range from 21-30 kg, it will be necessary to pay the tariff for excess weight up to 30 kg – 2000 rubles;
  • if the baggage weight is exceeded in the range of 30-50 kg, it is necessary to pay the tariff for exceeding the weight from 30 to 50 kg – 5000 rubles.

  • flight delay or cancellation - payment of up to 10,000 rubles;
  • damage/loss of baggage - compensation up to 45,000 rubles;
  • in an accident - payment of up to 500,000 rubles.
