The refund of tickets for domestic flights (in Russia) is made according to the conditions of application of the tariff for which the ticket was purchased.
Forced refunds on air tickets for flights across Russia are made:
- passengers of cancelled domestic flights and in cases specified in clause 227 of Federal Aviation Regulations No. 82;
- for passengers of cancelled connecting international flights to countries with which borders are closed due to the spread of coronavirus infection, the list of countries.
For a forced return due to the cancellation of an international connecting flight to a country with closed borders, you must provide a copy of the ticket for an international flight. For the return of air tickets, you must contact the place of purchase.
Passengers who purchased tickets on the website of Severstal Airlines LLC must follow the instructions on the "Return ticket" tab for a voluntary or forced refund
