Dear passengers, from 03/25.21, an automatic exchange operation is available for tickets* issued on the official website of the Airline and at the ticket office of Cherepovets airport.
The service is available 24 hours a day on your laptop, tablet and phone.
To exchange a ticket on the Airline's official website, you must:
1. In the "Online Booking" window, in the "Check order" section, enter the order details;
2. Click the "Check" button;
3. At the bottom of the order information page, click on the "Rebook" button and continue the procedure for changing the conditions of carriage.

*The initial transportation must be completed no earlier than 03/25.21
