Arriving citizens to the territory of the Republic of Crimea from other subjects of the Russian Federation are obliged to:

4. comply with the regulations of the chief state sanitary doctors on being in isolation in the conditions of the observatory;
5. The provisions of paragraphs 3.4 do not apply to citizens who have arrived on the territory of the Republic of Crimea on a business trip, with the exception of subparagraphs 1 and 2 of paragraph, subject to the provision of a document on the results of a COVID-19 examination conducted no later than two days before departure, and a copy of the order (extract from the order) on the direction to a business trip to the Republic of Crimea.
