In accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 16-FZ dated February 9, 2007. "On Transport Security" in order to be admitted to the transport security zone of a transport infrastructure facility, it is necessary to obtain a personal or transport pass. To obtain a pass to the controlled area of Cherepovets International Airport for their employees, organizations and individual entrepreneurs must send a correctly completed application in WORD format to the email address ohebcebchfxbi@frirefgny-nivn.pbz no later than 14:00 hours of the day preceding the day of the visit.

When receiving a pass, you must have the original application with the signature of the head and the seal of the organization, as well as a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation.

In accordance with the provisions of the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation No. 107 "On Approval of the Rules for the Regime at Checkpoints across the State Border of the Russian Federation" from 01/22/2025, applications for one-time passes are accepted as follows:

• In applications for one-time personal and one-time transport passes, it is necessary to indicate all days of the week, with the exception of Thursday and Sunday (days of international flights) of each week of the month.
• If access of third-party specialists/equipment is required on the days of international flights, it is necessary to submit an application with one specific date (1 application = 1 one-time pass for one day).
• Applications submitted in the old format will not be approved by the border service, as a result of which access of personnel and equipment to the territory of the OTI and the checkpoint on the days of international flights will be prohibited.
