Consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of: recruitment of personnel (applicants) and consideration of a candidate for the vacant position of Operator

1. I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Consent"). Severstal Aviation Company Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), established and operating in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, located at 162693, Vologda region, Vologda region, Botovo, Airport, for the purpose of: recruiting staff (applicants) and considering a candidate for the vacant position of Operator.
2. The Operator has the right to perform, with or without automation tools, such actions with my personal data as: collection, analysis, search, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (access), blocking, deletion and destruction of my personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Personal data"), including:
   1. last name, first name, patronymic;
   2. date of birth;
   3. address of the place of residence;
   4. contact information (phone number, email address);
   5. other information provided in my resume.
3. The Operator has the right to involve third parties in the processing of Personal Data by assigning processing to these persons. Such involvement is allowed only on condition that third parties process Personal Data to the minimum extent necessary and solely to achieve the goals specified in the Consent, as well as to ensure confidentiality and data security. 4. The consent is valid from the date of its signing until the achievement of the processing objectives.
5. By giving Consent, I confirm that I act freely, of my own free will and in my own interests.
6. I have the right to receive information about the processing of my Personal Data, to request their clarification, blocking or destruction if they are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, obtained illegally or are not necessary for the purposes of processing specified in the Consent. I also have the right to revoke this Consent. I can exercise these rights by contacting the Operator.
7. Requests can be sent to the Operator in the following ways:
   1. personally, by submitting a written request against receipt to the Operator's representative;
   2. by registered mail with delivery notification to the Operator's address;
   3. by e-mail nivn@frirefgny-nivn.pbz in the form of an electronic document signed with an enhanced qualified electronic signature in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
8. The request must contain the following information:
   1. information about the applicant (surname, first name, patronymic, residential address, name and number of the identity document, information about the date of issue and the issuing authority);
   2. confirmation of consent to the processing of personal data (name, date, description of circumstances or other information);
   3. description of the subject of the request (request for access to data, request for clarification, blocking or destruction, withdrawal of Consent);
   4. date of creation and signature.
9. If I withdraw my Consent, the Operator stops processing Personal Data and destroys it within no more than 30 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal. After receiving the withdrawal or after the expiration of the Consent period, the Operator has the right to continue processing data in the part that does not require consent by law, provided that this does not violate my rights and freedoms.
10. By clicking the check mark in the checkbox "I authorize the processing and storage of personal data and have read the policy on the processing and protection of personal data", I confirm:
    1. that I give specific, informed, informed and unequivocal consent, as indicated above;
    2. that the Personal Data I provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date at the time it is provided;
    3. that this Consent or copies of this Consent and/or information about its provision may be transmitted to the Operator to third parties as confirmation of the Consent.
