Changes in a ticket

  • For tickets issued before 24.03.21 inclusive

    You can make only those changes to the e-ticket that are provided for in the Terms of Use of Tariffs (TUT). Please note that for such changes, additional fees may be charged in accordance with the TUT, or changes may not be provided for by the TUT at all. In such cases, it is not possible to make changes to the order after you send the request, and you will receive an email with information about this.

    Please, read the terms and conditions for applying fares:

    • on the Aircompany website in the sections "New fare system" and "Special fares"; (links to these pages)
    • when booking tickets on the Aircompany website
    • when booking tickets through the booking department/agency.

    The passenger can only change the flight number and the date of carriage, provided that:

    • the direction of carriage does not change
    • there are available seats on a new flight and/or on a new date according to the fare of the purchased ticket
    • according to the TUT of the applied fare no fees are charged during the exchange
    • the duration of the passenger's stay at the destination will not exceed the maximum allowed, specified in the TUT of the applied fare

    Ticket exchange is possible during the ticket expiration date of 1-12 months according to the rules of the applicable fare specified in the ticket.

    You can make only those changes to the e-ticket that are provided for in the Terms of Use of Tariffs (TUT). Aircompany Severstal reserves the right to make changes to the TUT. However, if the carriage is paid for, such changes do not apply to this carriage.

    Please, read the terms and conditions for applying fares:

    • when booking on the Aircompany website — at the 1st booking step when choosing a fare, or on the Fare System page;
    • at the agent who issues the ticket if registering at the ticket office of Cherepovets airport or at the ticket offices of air transportation sales agencies

    It is not possible to reissue the ticket for other passengers.

    Rebooking with a change of service class (economy to business, business to economy) is not carried out. The operation is performed only through a refund.



    The ticket is exchanged at the place of purchase. Online exchange is only possible for tickets purchased on the website of the Aircompany Severstal and at the ticket office of the airport Cherepovets.

    What will happen to additional and special services after the ticket is reissued?

    When reissuing a ticket, additional services (baggage, comfortable seat) and special services (sports equipment, pets, etc.) are not transferred to the new flight and they must be purchased/issued again by contacting the website or the booking department of the Aircompany, depending on the type of service.

    In some cases, the exchange of the ticket is more expensive than the return and purchase of a new one. We advise you to compare all the available options before making a final decision.

    The passenger has the opportunity to change the flight number and the date of carriage, provided that the direction of carriage does not change and the passenger's stay at the destination does not exceed the maximum allowed, specified in the TUT of the applicable fare.

    • Voluntary change in the conditions of carriage
    • Forced change in the conditions of carriage
      • Voluntary change in the conditions of carriage of the ticket issued on the official website and at the ticket office of the Aircompany
      • Voluntary change in the conditions of carriage of a ticket issued on the websites and at the ticket offices of third-party agencies for the sale of air transportation
      • In the event of a forced change in the terms of the passenger's air carriage contract, the passenger will not be charged an additional fee.

        A change in the terms of the passenger's air carriage contract is considered forced in the following cases:

        • cancellation or delay of the flight specified in the ticket;
        • changes in the transport route by the carrier;
        • non-scheduled flight operations;
        • failed departure of a passenger due to the inability to provide the passenger with a seat on the flight and the date specified in the ticket;
        • failure of the carrier to provide connecting flights in the case of a one carriage;
        • the illness of a passenger or a member of his family or a close relative traveling with the passenger, as confirmed by medical documents; or the death of a member of the passenger family or a close relative, as confirmed by documents, provided that the carrier is notified of this before the end of passenger check-in and baggage clearance for the flight specified in the ticket.
